1. About these terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 711 Breakdown Recovery website and any roadside assistance, recovery, tyre fitting or jump start service you book through us (together, the "Services"). By contacting us, submitting an enquiry, or booking a callout, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

711 Breakdown Recovery provides nationwide roadside assistance across the UK, including towing & recovery, mobile tyre fitting, and jump start & battery assistance. Jobs are carried out either by our own fleet or by a vetted partner within our nationwide network of approved recovery operators, depending on your location and what's available at the time.

Wherever your job is carried out, 711 Breakdown Recovery remains responsible for the service you receive. Whether your callout is completed by our own team or by a partner operator in our network, you are contracting with us, and we stand behind the quality and completion of the work.

3. Services & pricing

Prices shown on our website (including on our pricing page) are starting prices. The final price depends on factors including your location, vehicle type, distance, time of service, and the specific assistance required. You will always be given a confirmed price before any work begins — we do not charge for work you haven't agreed to.

4. Booking & response times

Submitting an enquiry through our "Check Availability" form or by phone/WhatsApp is a request for assistance, not a guaranteed booking, until we've confirmed timing and price with you directly. Where we quote a target response time (for example, our 45-minute motorway callout target), this is an aim, not a guarantee — actual arrival times can vary depending on traffic, location, weather and demand at the time.

5. Cancellations & refunds

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in vetting and selecting the partners in our network, and we remain responsible for the service performed on your vehicle, whether carried out by our own fleet or a partner operator. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage to your vehicle that are unrelated to the work carried out, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from a breakdown itself (such as loss of earnings due to travel delay), except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under UK law.

7. Your responsibilities

To help us help you quickly and safely, please provide accurate information about your vehicle, location and the issue when you contact us, and ensure safe access to your vehicle for our team or partner to carry out the work.

8. Complaints

If something hasn't gone as it should, please contact us directly using the details on our Company Information page, and we'll do our best to put it right.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book a service will apply to that booking.
